PROJECT PROPOSAL REPORT
brief
To understand the roles of the different consultants (Project Team) & different stages of work relevant to typical construction industry project. To understand the application of management techniques in the control and direction of project resources. To analyse the dynamic changes which occur during a project’s life cycle and the nature of a project’s success.

A4 sized report in landscape orientation in PDF format
We were tasked to document a project proposal report based on the Architectural Design Project. We were study the job scopes and responsibilities of the Architect as the lead consultant as well as the project team members involved, preparation of project schedule and implementation strategies of the project. In the documentation, we were to compile information and analyse the project from the point of view of an Architect.
The report contains 5 main components:
1. Project Introduction
2. Project Analysis, picking up issues of Design Suitability and Project Viability
3. Project Phases
4. Resource Planning, Cost Control, Risk Analysis, and Management, Conflict & Change Management.
5. Project Planning and Scheduling
